I am very much disappointed with this shop. I have ordered a birthday gift for my sister. I was very excited about it and wanted to give a pleasant surprise on her birthday. They have promised to deliver it on the same day. But till date my sister hadn’t received her gift. Their customer service is awful.

I am absolutely disappointed with this shop. I had ordered for a gift for my grandpa’s birthday. I was very excited about it as I love my grandpa a lot and wanted to give him a pleasant surprise on his birthday. But, unfortunately, I myself was in for an unpleasant surprised from Alternative gifts! They had promise that they would deliver the order on the birthday, to my grandpa’s address. On his birthday I wished him and asked him whether he liked the gift or not, and he asked me which gift am I talking about! I was shocked! I immediately contacted the customer service, but this lady called Lisa was so very rude to me! She even spoke so ridiculously and the line got disconnected as well! Even till today my grandpa has not received the gift. I consider that money as being donated to a charity and have also vowed that never ever am I going to purchase anything from this shop. I have also told my friends and other family members about this and have asked them to not buy from this shop as well!
